- Counter Submitted Passport Application received on or before December 19, 2011, have been processed and are ready for collection from the Consulate on any working day between 1000 Hrs - 1200 Hrs and 1600 - 1645 Hrs. This excludes lost/damage passport cases and other categories where applicants have been apprised of the processing time and also cases where clearances are awaited
