EMERGENCY SERVICE

Emergency services are for events such as loss of life, accident or other acute emergencies only. In such cases please follow the guidelines below:

During Office Hours/Working Days:

Please dial (415) 668-0662 Extension 148 or please send e-mail explaining the nature of emergency using this link to the Vice Consul

Outside Office Hours:

Emergency Services are granted on Saturdays only to Persons of Indian Origin only, between 11am and 1pm in case of a genuine emergency like death or illness of a blood relation, subject to production of proof and confirmed air ticket. You may wish to enquire from the concerned officer about arrangements for such emergency service. The decision of the Consular Officer in this matter shall be final.

In case of  assistance required, or information to be conveyed, after office hours or on holidays, a voice mail may be left on 415 632 7562.  Please specify the type of emergency and leave your call back numbers.  We will get back to you as soon as possible.  Since this is for EMERGENCY only, we expect everyone to use atmost discretion so as to avoid clogging of the mail box.
