People-to-People Ties: The Heart of the U.S.-India Partnership

The US State Department is organizing a live web chat on “People-to-People Ties: The Heart of the U.S.-India Partnership” on Thursday, July 19, 2012 at 07:45 EDT (17.15 IST). Ambassador Nirupama Rao and US Undersecretary for Public Affairs and Public Diplomacy, Tara Sonenshine will be taking questions. The webchat will be moderated by Ambassador Robert Blake, U.S. Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asian Affairs.
